My mission in life is simple:

- Teach women how to exercise and fuel their bodies, so they can live to 103 too.

I combine functional fitness and nutrition with my almost 2 decades as an orthopedic sports massage therapist to help you get results.
As a seasoned weightlifter, I’ve seen and felt the benefits of having a strong body. I sleep better. I have more energy. And I want to help women like you feel the same.
To do that effectively, I’ve earned several degrees and certifications, including:
- Menopause Strength Coach with the Girls Gone Strong Academy
- Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine
- New York State Massage Therapy License

Mom, Kitchen Coach
This is my mom, Anni. At Graceful Bodyworks, she is our Kitchen Coach! Sometimes we call her Groovy, because she is our Groovy Granny!
With decades of culinary wisdom, you can expect tips on meal planning, budget-friendly shopping, and cooking techniques that are both time-saving and nutritious.
With her simple kitchen hacks and practical advice, she will inspire you to cook with confidence and make you feel right at home.
Athena, Cuddle Coach
This is Athena. A mixed breed, full of love rescue, who has been with me since 2017. She was a love at first sight doggo and I knew she and I were meant to be together.
We love taking hikes together, playing chase in the backyard, exploring new parks, and of course spending time relaxing on the sofa.
