My Coaching Journey

Hey there! I’m Natalie Grace, your menopause, exercise, and nutrition expert.

My mission in life is simple:

  • Live to 103 years old, staying active the whole way.
  • Teach women how to exercise and fuel their bodies, so they can live to 103 too.

If you’re looking for an energetic and passionate coach, a fun-loving guide on your menopausal wellness journey, I’m your gal!

I combine functional fitness and nutrition with my almost 2 decades as an orthopedic sports massage therapist to help you get results.

As a seasoned weightlifter, I’ve seen and felt the benefits of having a strong body. I sleep better. I have more energy. And I want to help women like you feel the same.

To do that effectively, I’ve earned several degrees and certifications, including:

  • Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine
  • Menopause Strength Coach with the Girls Gone Strong Academy
  • New York State Massage Therapy License

My goal is to create a community of strong women. Are you in?

With two decades of experience leading group fitness classes, Karin has found her passion  helping others feel powerful, seen, and capable – on the bike, in the pool, and on the mat.

Karin brings creative sequencing, well-curated music, and an open heart to every class.

This is my mom, Anni. At Graceful Bodyworks, she is our Kitchen Coach! Sometimes we call her Groovy, because she is our Groovy Granny!

With decades of culinary wisdom, you can expect tips on meal planning, budget-friendly shopping, and cooking techniques that are both time-saving and nutritious.
