About Natalie Grace



Hi, I’m Natalie Grace, an exercise enthusiast, heavy lifter and a muscle manipulator putting the fun in functional movement while eating as close to the farm as I can.

In 2007, I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at New York City’s Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences while also working full time at a large Wall Street firm. Bouncing between work, school, and study sessions, I relied on convenience foods such as pasta, sandwiches, and cereal. It was not until I almost passed out during a morning rush hour commute that I realized I was fat, sick, and unhealthy.

After undergoing several tests that were inconclusive or negative, I decided to take matters into my own hands. With the advice of a trusted friend, I changed my diet. At first, finding food was difficult but I noticed a significant boost in my energy and my digestion too. Soon I incorporated exercise and within months, I felt like a completely different person.

Over the years, I have found my favorite recipes and keep exercise in my life. I cannot wait to share what I know with you!
